About Me

For 20+ years, I’ve led people functions in high-growth tech companies. My best work includes building strong and diverse teams; delighting candidates and employees on their career and life journey; building innovative, creative and meaningful people programs that amplify the values and culture of the company and support local communities; and developing location and hiring strategies to attract the best talent to fuel growth and outpace competitors. I’ve successfully grown companies from 200 employees to over 2,000 employees, while creating a grassroots values framework while managing talent acquisition success.
 

I bring best practices from large, multinational companies from my past, and integrate these into what is needed to take a start-up to its next stage, including all the way to an IPO. During my career, I have fully managed multiple transitions from private through IPO, including establishing compensation committees and full equity programs in addition to focusing on company culture and change management. 

 Now, I’m moving to the next stage of my career journey, with three strategic priorities:

 

  • Serving as an advisor to start-up companies and VCs, 

  • Stepping in as interim head of HR support, and 

  • Sitting on boards that champion organizational culture and progressive leadership.
