Anything is possible when people love what they do and where they work. As a passionate, strategic people and culture leader, I have focused on possibility and contentedness in the workplace throughout my career, motivating me every day.
Over the past 20+ years, I have gravitated towards serving those seeking inspiration, guidance, or advice. In 2021, I finally decided to own this role, creating intentionality and moving to providing HR advisory services, s, and creating a community of voices through this blog--SourcingHR.
Here, I express my passions, thoughts, and curious wonderings about our society, with the mission of giving others insight into my mind. But it’s not about me. In addition to having an outlet for my thoughts and passions, I am building a crowdsourcing community--seeking input from a sea of qualified talent. By engaging with the voices of many, we can create a wildly successful platform while staying true to possibility and contentedness both in and out of the workplace.
